On July 20th and June 21st, 107th, the School of Law and Politics applied for the "2018 Cross-Strait Underwater Cultural Assets Law, Policy and Practice Forum" at the second lecture hall of the administrative building of the school. Professor Fu Kuncheng, Dean of Nanhai Research Institute of Xiamen University, was invited to give a lecture. The legal framework for the joint action of underwater cultural heritage protection between the two sides of the strait, Professor Yan Zhenhua of the Academia Sinica introduced "the development and current situation of underwater archaeology in Taiwan", and the experts and scholars on both sides of the strait jointly pointed out "important regulations and regulations on the latest underwater cultural assets of the two sides of the strait" and " "Legislative and Development of Underwater Cultural Assets", "Underwater Cultural Assets Policy and Management Information", "Underwater Archaeological Research Center and Exploration Practice", "Underwater Cultural Assets Maintenance and Utilization" and "Future Cross-Strait Underwater Cultural Asset Exchange The six themes of the "Cooperation Direction" are published and discussed. It is hoped that through the exchanges and dialogues of this forum, we will understand the current situation of cross-strait protection laws, policies and practices in water conservation, and help the future cooperation between the two sides.
