However, in recent years, the work of the water diverters has faced a lack of success, traditional status, etc. Phenomenon, Fang Xinxiong introduced people to the main reasons including "the ship's willingness is not high, the public opinion is high, lack of respect, the interests of the company is neglected, and the long-term round-the-clock health is worrying." Taiwan is surrounded by the sea, freight transportation, cruise tourism, etc., will inevitably need guidance from the water diversion, in order to ensure the safe berthing of the ship, the water diverter plays a very important role in the port, Fang Xinxiong hopes that young students can join this work in the future.
